A couple of odes, written in French, to our favourite utility man and public worker.
The English translations, however, are provided purely as an explanation to these
beautiful, but nonsensical works of art. They were written by ourselves
and not under the influence of any drugs and/or Absinthe. The characters portrayed
are entirely fictional, except that they exist.
